Once your order is with USPS, we are not responsible for delivery, setting up re-delivery, or lost or stolen packages. We do not replace packages.
For lashes: due to sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
For onesies: these items are considered intimates. Due to the nature of these items, we do not allow exchanges or returns. Beez 'N The Trap is not responsible if you select the incorrect size. Please double check your order before submitting it because we cannot guarantee any changes before your item ships. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. The timeframe you have to return a damaged item is 48 hours from the date your item was delivered. E-mail us a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will send you a shipping label to send your return.
