To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:
- Correct Size
- Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)
- Correct Email
- Proper Punctuation
Remy's Vault cannot take responsibility for incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from remysvault.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. It is important to provide the correct address because we ship to whatever address is provided in the order. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or refused.
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. If the address does not match, we will send an email requesting proper verification. If it is not sent, we are not shipping out the package.
We offer First Class Shipping (1-5 Business Days) and Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days).
Orders may arrive between 1-3 days *after it is scanned by USPS, however, in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days.
